Moving to Bucharest

Hi - we're thinking of coming to work and live in Bucharest. My company has a possible opportunity here. We don't know much about the place. We've heard mixed reports, with some sayings it's nice and others not so nice. We don't know who to trust. We have 2 kids Protected content Protected content a Labradoodle). I have lived abroad before, but this would be my family's first move abroad.

We're up for an adventure and a challenge, but are unsure of what life would actually be like for an expat in Bucharest. Can anyone help?
