Planning our move.. (Bucharest)

Good day,

My girlfriend and I are planning to move to Romania in the next 5 or 6 years. We have visited before, and fell in love with the country, society, and culture. We are starting to poke around and see what the local industries are, and which direction we would plan to head in terms of work.

Any input in regards to the current job market in Romania would be great! Our timeline in flexible, if an opportunity were to arise I can comfortably say we would expedite our move.

I currently run a sales department of a large volume car dealership, taking part in marketing, sales, management and inventory control. My significant other does inventory, inside sales, and AR for an oilfield supply company - with the beginning stages of Nursing degree started. What is the Automotive market like in Romania? Is it run similar to in North America?
