Posting a new Location (Budapest)

Hi there,
I am a bit lost.
When I was living in Kuwait, the "posting a new location" thing was no big deal.Kuwait isn't really more than one big city anyway ;)
But I would like to post some Info about Hungary in general.
Can't though, because it will say Budapest.
Is it just too early,or am I missing something?
