Cycling/ Triathlon in BA (Buenos Aires)

Hello everybody,
Michele here, from Italy, living in London and about to move to Buenos Aires!!
I am a keen (but fairly new) cyclist and triathlete, and wanted to understand whether it makes sense to take my road bike with me... does any of you know of cycling groups that meet on the weekends to go out and ride (or race) together? What about triathletes or triathlon clubs where i could continue my training? When i was there last month i saw very few road bikes, but then again i was in the city centre, which might not be very relevant... Any help would be much appreciated!
