I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be opening (finally!) my puerta cerrada August Protected content . The menu will reflect my upbringing in New Orleans, Louisiana and my NYC kitchen experience working with Mexican cuisine. I guess you could call it Creole-Latin American infused!
NOLA is located in a lovely house in Palermo Viejo. The space is intimate and has one communal table that seats up to 10 people. We plan on getting a couple of separate tables over the next couple of weeks for guest who'd rather dine solo.
A four course pre-fixed menu will be served along with wine pairings for Protected content . The menu will change bi-weekly and seasonal produce will be highlighted.
