Try this out...Swiss (Nordic) Walking... (Buenos Aires)
Have you always been looking for a sport which is efficient for the whole body, which you can make alone or in groups, where you don't have to run and that doesn't strain your knees and ankles and which doesn't cost a lot of money?
Then Swiss- or Nordic Walking is the right Sport for you. I had the chance today to try it out with Christoph who is a professional trainer for this Sport. We were a group of six, trying out in the park and we all liked it so much that we decided to meet every week to walk "swiss" together. You have minimum six classes to learn the technique which is very important in order to do it properly and to be efficient and then you can go without instructor.
There will be also weekends or day trips organised....
Bye the way: In many european and american countries this sport is already very famous and also many sports personalities are doing it to stay fit.....
