We are an innovative online language school seeking a dynamic freelance English Language Teacher to join our team and provide engaging and effective online English language instruction to learners around the world. As an English Language Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of learners by fostering their language acquisition and promoting cultural exchange.

Responsibilities:
Conduct online English language classes on our virtual classroom platform.
Create and deliver classes that enable individual learners to achieve their language learning goals.
Monitor and evaluate learners' progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure their success.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages cultural exchange.
Collaborate with management to improve course content and teaching strategies.

Requirements:
Native-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Ability to communicate with Managers in either English or Spanish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Degree or certificate in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Experience with online language teaching platforms and digital teaching tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for teaching and enthusiasm for sharing the English language and culture with learners worldwide.

Compensation:
Payment is determined based on the number of hours worked, as well as the type of group, classes, and students involved. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
