Shopping for food - does anyone have the web address of the local store that lets you order food online and delivers to your house in cascais? I was told there is one, if not, any recommendations for where to shop for the basics (meat /bread/food/wine?)

any idea where to look to hire a cleaner/maid/cook?

the gym in Quinta Da marinha seems more than adequate, are there any alternative options for a gym that anyone has used?

can anyone recommend any ex pat medical insurance, i see bupa has an intl program for expats wanted to see if any alternatives
