GourmetVore - and a new tapas restaurant. (Chicago)
I am happy to share two exciting developments.
First, I have filed all the forms and my catering company is now legal and official in Chicago, GourmetVore.
Second, I have been in discussion with fellow InterNations member (PaolaPerez - Spain) who is opening awine shop in the loop(Paola's Vinium) and I will be working with her and supplying all the food for it. The menu will be very fresh and approachable, but still distinctive. It will integrate a global range of ingredients prepared with a Spanish flair. We will have a limited - and constantly changing menu. So it is always fresh. We seek to keep all the tapas in the $5 or lower price point, so the prices are equally approachable.
We will be sure to keep the group aware of openings and events.
