International Firms (Chicago)

I am also new to InterNations, and I would like to know if anyone has any advice/connections to any international firms. I am graduating in May with a degree in Political Economy and German. I currently work for Anheuser-Busch doing some marketing work, so I can adapt to almost any field. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate them! Thanks.
