Interested in moving to Dhaka

Hi all,

I am very interested in spending some time in Dhaka, ideally for now I was looking at 3 months and would see what to do after that.
I was looking online but are still confused about Visa. I am wondering if a 3+ months stay on a tourist Visa is possible at all. I would also be looking for accommodation.
If it turns out that I like Bangladesh I would also be looking for a job. As I don't have a University degree (which seemingly all job posts online seem to require), but have been working in Sales/Marketing and Business development over the past 10 years, I was wondering what the chances are of finding a job there (I am native German but at ILR Level 5 in English).
Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
