Internet Options (Dhaka)

I will soon be moving into my own apartment, and I'm wondering what the best options are for WiFi internet. Does anyone know which company has the best prices and which has the best speeds/most consistent service?

I'm also considering getting a USB stick modem for use when travelling, or while not at home. Which company has the best prices, fastest speeds, and best country-wide coverage?
