Vacancy Announcement: General Manager (Dhaka)

Consultant Corporation, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and talented General Manager to join our dynamic team. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our market presence.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our product offerings, including our sourcing tool, recruitment marketing platform, talent CRM software, applicant tracking system and advanced hiring analytics.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Lead and mentor a team of business development consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
6. Analyze sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

1. Experience in business development/sales/marketing/brand management/customer service.
2. Strong knowledge of the management consulting market and trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
7. Recent graduates from Dhaka University (Faculty of Business Studies/Institute of Business Administration) as well as any other international university are encouraged to apply.
