4. Promote collaboration and partnerships with national and international institutions to enhance the university's reputation and global standing.
5. Ensure effective management of resources, including budgeting, fundraising and infrastructure development.
6. Foster a diverse and inclusive environment that values and respects the contributions of all members of the university community.
7. Represent the university at national and international forums, building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting the university's mission and values.

Requirements:

1. A distinguished academician with a doctoral degree from a recognized university.
2. A minimum of 15 years of experience in higher education, including teaching, research and administrative roles.
3. Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing academic institutions.
4. Strong understanding of national and international higher education trends, policies and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
