Executive assistance / PA to GM needed (Doha)

the above vacancy is required in a reputed Oil & Gas company; directly reporting to the GM.

The following is a brief on the job description:
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
• Taking dictation and minutes;
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;


As the ideal candidate you will hold the following:
• A degree or relevant qualification
• Female candidates only
• Able to travel for meetings & trade shows
• at least Protected content work experience in a similar role
• Proficient in the use of MS Software Office Skills / Office Manager
• Effective Telephone Etiquette / Excellent communication skills
• Excellent administrative skills / effective organizing, filing, and office keeping
• Accuracy and attention to detail and quality
• The ability to work on your own initiative / Be able to work to tight deadlines
• Interaction with high level customers and service providers
