Marketing Communications Officer (Doha)

Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports.

Job Duties:
Include social media marketing, public speaking, presentation skills, communication, university admissions, research and understanding the application process. You will be working with international students who are seeking to continue their higher education in the United States.
**Must have friendly and approachable personality.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

Answers phone calls, manages emails and inquiries, update meetings calendar.

Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers

Plans and participates in meetings and trade shows,identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Responsible for managing promotional materials by identifying market needs; contacting relevant suppliers and ordering sufficient quantities as agreed with management.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and trades.

Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills,Analyzing Information and Multi-tasking.
Experience in Marketing / Customer Relations Protected content .
Strong and confident communicator.
Arabic and English - fluent reading, writing and Speaking.
Familiarity with local education system.
Resident in Qatar or have past work experience in the GCC area.
Must have GCC driving license.
