Council cuts spendings (Dublin)

Hey folks,

due to the financial crisis, the City Council of Dublin decided to cut its spendings esp. on infrastructure in Protected content . What do you think about it?

To my mind, it's a disaster, the town is literally chocking on traffic and this is definitely a step in the wrong direction.
