Medical Insurance for non EU (Dublin)

Hi everybody, I'm from Uruguay (South America) and I'm moving to Dublin in October to work at Trinity College for at least 3 years.
I've been told at the Irish Embassy that with the working contract I have I don't need a visa. However, as a non-EU citizen I need to get medical insurance before arriving to Ireland in order to stay there.
I've seen many international companies offering international heath care but I'm not sure if I can trust them or if the relation coverage/price is good. I've been looking to Cigna, Axa PPP International and others...
Do you have any advise or experience you can share with me about these health care providers o any other you could recommend?
Thanks in advance!
Natalia
