Want your opinions :) (Dushanbe)

Hi all, I'm thinking about putting together a list of best hang out places, restaurants, etc for new expats in Dushanbe. It would be really nice if everyone could just answer some of the following questions:

What are your top 3 restaurants? (You can review them)
What do you do on Friday/Saturday nights?
What are the best hang out spots/places to meet other expats?
What is the best advice you can give to a new expat?
