Let’s be honest: sometimes, by the end of the week, most of us aren’t looking for anything revolutionary. We want cold drinks, decent humans and somewhere the lighting makes us look 20% more interesting. Voilà.

So this time, we’re skipping the refined venues and heading straight to the good part: a laid-back terrace hang at Brasseur de Montréal, Griffintown’s most unpretentious microbrewery. Rooted in the industrial soul of the city, this upbeat spot serves up blue-collar charm, small victories, and zero pretension. Just how we like it. And if the weather behaves, we’re claiming our rightful spot on their sun-drenched terrace.

Here’s what you’re walking into:
- Dress code: Dress like you’re not trying too hard, but secretly you are.
- Happy hour prices that actually make you want to show up early.
- House-brewed beers and food that’s not trying to be Instagrammable. It’s just good.
- A crowd of internationals who always manage to be cool and make eye contact.
- Terrace lounging if the skies are kind, indoor coziness if they’re not.
- Laughter, nonsense and occasional philosophical debates about beer.

Bring a friend or show up solo. Pop in for a quick hello or low-key plan to close the place down. There will be room for you at the table.

The event is free for Albatross members. Basic members and guests, secure your place by RSVPing via INTERAC e-transfer to alesia.rudnitskaya@gmail.com, password: internations.

Show up, sip up, and let the night do the rest.
Cheers,
Alesia
