InterNations Bogota - Migrant Musics
We will listen to works by authors who celebrated the combination of national traditions from deep knowledge, the will to understand, the spiritual assembly between East and West from the Mediterranean Sea and the Ural Mountains to Japan, the link between Germany and Anatolia, composers who traveled, read and tried to understand our common human experience from music.

Rebellious, religious spirit, persecuted by the Soviet regime, lived in Germany from 1992 to her death on March 2025. Encouraged by Dmitri Shostakovich to follow her creative “wrong path” labeled “irresponsible” by Soviet authorities due to alternative tunings. Improvised with unconventional instruments. Introduced unusual combinations of instruments.
