Breathe. Slow down. Be here.
In the middle of a fast summer, we’re creating a space to pause and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

Presence is a calm, guided gathering for global citizens living in Stockholm. We’ll explore mindfulness in simple, accessible ways through breath, conversation, and shared stillness.

This is not a workshop or lecture. It’s an experience. A soft space to land and gently check in, with no expectations or pressure.

What to Expect:

▪︎ Short guided mindfulness practice

▪︎ Journaling or quiet reflection (optional)

▪︎ Reflection prompts

▪︎ Time to rest, listen, and connect

▪︎ Free welcome Non-alcoholic bubbles

You don’t need experience with meditation or mindfulness, just a willingness to breathe and be.

What to Bring:

▪︎ Comfortable clothing

▪︎ An open mind

▪︎ A journal if you have one

Welcome to presence and bring a friend, family member or come solo.

Your host,
D
