Dear Friends and Newcomers,

We are excited to invite you to join us on a special journey across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) — from East to West, and North to South — as we gather at some of the most welcoming and inspiring places to connect, share, and build lasting friendships with fellow newcomers to Canada.

We will begin our journey together on September 30th, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. On this important day, we pause to honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

This first gathering will be a chance to reflect, connect, and set the tone for our upcoming visits across the GTA. We encourage everyone to wear orange as a symbol of remembrance and solidarity.
