Created by restaurant owner Ignacio ‘Nacho’ Anaya when he improvised with leftover tortillas, cheese, and jalapenos for hungry customers after hours. His quick thinking and creativity led to the birth of nachos, affectionately called "Nacho’s especiales," which quickly gained popularity worldwide.
Come celebrate this wonderful example of winging it and enjoy some tasty
nachos with us!
