Freetown with small children and infant

Hi there,

We are considering to move to Freetown. However, we would arrive with a nearly 3year old and a two month old, which makes the decision a bit more difficult.
I would be extremely thankful for any information regarding
- healthcare, in particular paediatricians,
- kindergartens (child care),
- playgroups,
- vaccinations (did you vaccinate your infants against yellow fever?),
- any general information regarding the life with small children and infants in Freetown.

Unfortunately the replies for similar requests are not posted online... Even if you already answered to somebody else, please take the hassle and just send the information again.
