How to find a non-Dutch-speaking nanny? (Gent)

Hi all!

We're currently looking for a native English, Czech or Mandarin Chinese speaking part-time nanny (7h/w). I've found some websites to find Dutch-speaking babysitters for occasional date nights ( Protected content (registration required), babysitten.skilto.be, Protected content (€8 fee, but more detailed), Gezinsbond (contact Tini via Protected content )) but I was wondering if someone could tell me how she/he has found a non-Dutch-speaking nanny around Gent.
