Picking up a young boy (2,5 years old) from school (Gent)

Hi, I'm French, married to a Flemish girl, living in Gent for already 5 years now. Our son (2,5 years) is going to start school in two weeks now.
We are desperately looking for someone who could pick him from school around 4pm and keep it at our place (we live like 100m from the school, in the center of Gent) until like 6 or 6.30pm. Would be good as well that the person could take care of him on Wednesday afternoon as well, even though he can stay at school if needed.
Ideally we would like to have someone native French speaking or Flemish.
If not for this year would anyone also be interested for next year (as of September?)
