Setting up B&B Granada

Hi All
Looking for any advice as I am planning on leaving the UK with my family next year once my son finishes school here.
We toured around the Costas last year and coming to Granada this year to stay in 4 B&Bs to see if this is the place for us to move to ( I have a feeling it will be !!)
I wish to rent a substantial villa on the outskirts of Granada with land & pool long term let, set up B&B offer skiing trips up the mountain throughout the winter season and yoga sessions ect throughout summer once set up our B&B.

This is my vision does anyone think it's unachievable?
