Reaching Grenoble from Lyon Airport

Hi,
I am a student from India, coming to Grenoble in May. Can I know the best way to reach Grenoble from the Lyon Airport?
I know that there is train and bus, but I would be having huge bags with me and I don't know how far the bus or the train stations are from the airport.
