Irish in Leon? (Guadalajara)

Hi,

I will be moving to Jalisco in November of Protected content . The nearest big city to us is Leon. Does anyone know if there are any other Irish, Irish Organizations or Irish meetup groups of any description? If not I'd be happy to try to organise some social events with Irish people. I know the priest who performed my wedding was an Irish priest living in Leon, this could be a good place to start, but figured I'd reach out here also.
