Hotels in Tikal and Semuc Champey (Guatemala City)

Hi everyone,

I would appreciate if someone could recommend good hotels in Tikal and Semuc Champey.

My husband and I will visit Guatemala end of July, and during our tour we'll spend one night in Tikal, and one night in Semuc Champey.
About Tikal, is it better to spend the night inside the national park or rather in Flores?

I've already found some good options in Guatemala city and Antigua based on reviews from different websites, especially tripadvisor. But I didn't find yet hotels with really good reviews for Tikal, and especially Semuc Champey.
