Possible to work as a doctor in Guatemala? (Guatemala City)

Hi all, I recently received a job opportunity in Guatemala City. I was wondering if my husband (a certified doctor in the Netherlands with a specialization in tropical medicine and a focus on gynecology) could potentially work here as well. Do you know any foreign doctors that could advice us? Is there some kind of entry exam? And in what extent is speaking the langue required?
