Relocating to Binh Duong (Hanoi)

I am planning on moving to Vietnam in the near future. Since I am totally new to Nam. I would appreciate first hand information on how would be the expat life for a totally new person in Nam. Also would like to know about the business (food / agricultural/ cottage industry related) / job opportunities (in procurement & supply chain), accommodation availability etc.
