Moving to Cuba for 2 years :) Need some advice (Havana)

Newbie here...

My wife and I will be moving to Cuba for about 2 years and I really need some help on a few questions I have... We are really looking forward to it, it sounds like a blast :)

These are our q's

* How fast is the internet and can we Skype?
* Best mode of transport?
* How expensive is a motorbike in Cuba and what are my options? (any riders in the forum?)
* Car or Bike?
* Shopping in Cuba what is like? We are not looking of anything fancy just our day to day stuff...
* Overall your take on Cuba?
