I have damaged hair caused by unprofessional perm, so i want to do the permanent hair straightening in the salon, but cannot bare with any damage again!
Does anyone know a good place or stylist with awesome Thermal restructuring skill in Helsinki?
the price doesn't really matter , but the quality needs to be super good and experienced!
