Beer anyone? (Ho Chi Minh City)

Seems a whole batch of my mates are sodding off back to some country or other with wives or husbands they have acquired whilst in VN, so I am feeling a bit "friend poor" - in order to save me from sitting in a bar on my own crying into a lonely beer I am looking for friends. Preferably ones who don't want to sell me anything and are happy to sit and moan about the price of fish for an entire evening over a beer or a glass of wine or even a cocktail on the more extravagant evenings. Male or female welcome - in fact I think blokes make better drinking buddies, always good to have someone to moan to about girls anyway.
