Cost of nannies and other such questions (Ho Chi Minh City)

I'm thinking of coming to hcmc in mid September and staying until Xmas time. I'm just trying to budget my money so any insight or info from those in the know would be appreciated.

How much typically for the cost of a nanny? I'm looking for English speaker--or mostly English speaker--to help with cleaning, cooking and child minding duties.

Service apts? Cost of say studio or 1 bedroom(I do family bed with my tot-so don't need a two bedroom flat).
