Position: NOC and SOC Operator

Job Description :
As a NOC or SOC Operator (Network Operations Center/Security Operations Center), you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of our customer’s network infrastructure and detecting potential security threats to their systems. You will work closely with their IT team to ensure the protection of the network and digital assets as well as the smooth operation of the network.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

Monitor security alerts, network incidents, and anomalies in real-time.
Respond to incidents and customer requests following appropriate response protocols.
Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
Collaborate with the customer’s teams to to analyze incidents and vulnerabilities
Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incidents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
At least a first experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Security Operations Center (SOC)
In-depth knowledge of network protocols.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and common threats.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) would be a plus.
Knowledge of network security best practices, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and vulnerability management
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
