Relocationg to HCMC in 3 weeks! (Ho Chi Minh City)

I need your advice on housing. We are moving to HCMC in 3 weeks time and i need a house?apartment to rent for a family of 4. 3 bedrooms minimum, nice if there's a fourth bedroom for guests. Area preferred is near the Australian International School in District 2 I believe.

Budget is up to USD Protected content stretch to USD Protected content . Fully furnished with amenities (pool, gym, etc) would be ideal for an apartment. For a house, I prefer a quiet, gated community or private subdivision but central enough for shopping,.

As long as neighbourhood is safe and quiet, we don't have to be in the expat areas.
