Cantonese or Mandarin? (Hong Kong)

Hi everyone,
I will be moving to Hong Kong to teach English at Chung Chi College this summer and I'm looking at taking a language class. I'm having difficulty deciding whether it would be a better idea to take Mandarin or Cantonese. Can anyone offer any advice?
