Moving to HK from Boston (Hong Kong)

Hello everyone,

My husband and I are moving to HK in two weeks and I was hoping you could answer a few of our questions:

1. Best building/area to live, not more than a couple MTR stops from Central? we're looking for a nice building with amenities (gym, pool, walking distance to a park if possible). It would be great if you could recommend a few building names where you live/have lived.

2. Any must-bring items from the US that aren't available there?Should we even bother bringing a few jackets/coats?

3. Any organic grocery stores? Looking for an equivalent of Whole foods

4. To the wives of expats: How long did it take you on average to find a job? any tips to speed up the job search? I don't speak cantonese.
