Fulfilling wishes for Boys & Girls Harbor (Houston)

This December, I'm again teaming up with my colleagues around town to help fulfill the wishes of the children of Boys and Girls Harbor. I'm such an active supporter of this organization because I know what it's like to grow up without a normal childhood. I'm not sure if you know this about me, but I grew up in Lebanon during the fierce civil war that tore my home country apart. As a child, I was never able to play outside and spent much of my youth on the run with my family, hiding in villages with little access to food, just to stay alive. This experience has driven me to help the children of the Boys and Girls Harbor by fulfilling their holiday wishes, and hopefully providing them with a glimmer of normalcy during the season.
