Gym/yoga/urdu (Islamabad)

Hi all!

I just moved to Islamabad and am looking for things to do apart from working...so if anybody knows a reasonably priced gym (no french club or serena fees) around F7, or a good yoga teacher, or classical dance, or any other activities to switch off from work...let me know!
Also, I am looking for an urdu teacher...so recommendations are welcome!
Hope to make the most of my stay here!
