Zeytin Yagli Dolma : Dried Eggplant and red pepper Dolma (Kuru Dolma) is made with dried eggplants, chopped onions, minced cloves garlic, tomato paste,tomato sauce, rice, bulgur, lemon, dry sumac, black pepper, dry mint flakes, water, and olive oil.

Sutlac: Turkish Rice Pudding
