Marriage in Turkey (Istanbul)

Hello all im looking for how to get married in Turkey. I was wondering if anyone has married a Turkish person in. I haven't had much luck looking for proper government websites that tell you the exact steps/application forms and processes involved. Since my Turkish is rubbish i cant search a Turkish website and im not gonna ask my future wife to do all the work. If anyone knows any information or websites that would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!
