Medical advice needed: on vaccination for travel (Istanbul)

Dear all,

In 7 weeks I will be traveling to Central America. I explored various medical sites and concluded that must-haves are the following vaccinations:
typhoid
Hepatitis A
Rabies
Malaria (well, it is obviously pills, put it without thinking, but still an advice on pills would be needed) :-)

Now, the questions:

1. Can I do all four vaccinations in such short time period? I mean health-wise.

2. Do you have an advice where I can do these vaccinations for a reasonable price? Or do private medical insurances cover such vaccines?
