Tax Free at Istanbul Ataturk airport

Hello All,
I need an information on Tax Free procedure at Ataturk airport. I tried to call them but no one answered. What documents do I need to submit in addition to invoice and passport? Is there a specific time/date for invoices?
If anyone had an experience with returning tax at istanbul airport before, I would appreciate your advice. Thank you in advance.
