Using the InterNations Portal (Istanbul)

Dear all,

As a new member I have a couple questions I would like to ask. I would really appreciate it anyone can shed some light. Many thanks in advance.

1-Even though there is still time for certain events, the registration button is grayed out, stating registration is closed. Is this a technical issue, or do some event postings close-out some time beforehand?

2-Can I bring my spouse to the events as a guest, or should she register as a member as well?
