Volleyball? (Istanbul)

Hey all! I just moved to Istanbul and would absolutely love to find a place to play volleyball. Sand, grass, indoor, doubles, quads...whatever would be great. Even if its just a pick up game once a week! Let me know if anyone has any leads ie any adult recreational leagues perchance? gyms you can rent by the hour? anyone else interested in getting a team together?
