Friend for my 13 year old son (Izmir)

Hi folks,

My thirteen year old son, Can, who was born and grown in Dubai and then briefly lived in Baku and Cairo, has moved to Izmir a couple of days ago and will live with me here. He does not speak Turkish (yet). He speaks English natively, a little Arabic and basic French.

Do you guys have kids around his age where we can get them meet and hopefully like each other, in order to help him to have some friends and not feel alone?

We live around Guzelyali and I work around Bayrakli.
